A jeweller uses a micro-welder to fuse a custom-fit chain around your wrist or ankle. There’s no clasp, so the piece stays on until you decide to remove it.
We offer solid 9k gold, 14k gold-filled, sterling silver, and white gold. All chains are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
Yes. The flash from the micro-welder is brief and cool; a leather barrier shields your skin. The procedure is painless and takes seconds.
Most sessions run 15 – 20 minutes, including chain selection, sizing, and welding.
You can add initials, birthstones, lab-grown diamonds, or charms at the weld point for a personal touch.
Snip the jump ring with nail scissors. Bring the chain back and we’ll re-weld it for a small service fee.
No. Each chain is light and moves with you, so you’ll barely notice it after a few minutes.
Prices start at $99 for sterling silver and from $129 for solid gold, depending on chain style and charms.
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring someone along to share in the experience. It’s a fun way to celebrate creating a unique piece of jewellery together.
Terms and Conditions
Our MEZI 14-day change of mind policy does not apply to permanent jewellery. However, we do offer a 3-month warranty on our permanent jewellery. If eligible, we can repair the item, (excluding service fees).
- You can book your appointment through MEZI's online portal or visit our in-store team for assistance.
- Please note that the cost of the chain for your Welded Jewellery is separate from the service fee and is due at the end of your appointment.
- You can reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
- Mezi’s 14-day returns & exchanges does not apply to permanent Jewellery or the Service.
- We offer a 3-month warranty on Permanent Jewellery. If the chain is broken at the welded joint within this time, Mezi may choose to repair, replace, or provide an alternative.
- If the chain is lost, Mezi cannot replace it.
- We do not offer replacements for chains that break in areas other than at the clasp or jump ring
- Permanent Jewellery does not have a clasp or other fixture for easy removal and should be treated as fine jewellery.
- You acknowledge that a welding machine is used during the service. Mezi takes precautions to ensures complete safety and professionalism.
- Mezi does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss relating to your Permanent Jewellery or the Service.
