Gold Vermeil/2-Micron gold

Not to be confused with regular gold plating, Vermeil is a much thicker layer of gold which gives the pieces their long-lasting colour.  We use 18k gold/14k gold layered on sterling silver which also can be referred to as 2-micron plating. 2-micron gold is referred to heavy gold plating. Long lasting plating, the quality is exceptional.

Gold Filled

Gold filled is an actual layer of gold-pressure bonded to another metal. Gold-filled is much more valuable, and tarnish resistant. Jewellery for a lifetime!

Gold Plated

Gold plated jewellery is made by using electricity or chemicals to deposit and bond a thin layer of gold over another metal. It requires extra care.

 Sterling Silver

With proper care your 925-sterling silver will last a lifetime. To minimise scratches and other damage, store your silver jewellery either in a cloth pouch or in a separate compartment in your jewellery box.

Surgical Steel

Ideal for piercings, surgical stainless steel is known for its safety in medical procedures. Made to resist rust and discoloration, should last a long time, and only require occasional wiping or cleaning.

Rhodium
