All MEZI orders are processed within 72 hours pending payment verification. Once your order is complete, it is wrapped individually and packed into custom MEZI pouches/boxes before being dispatched. You will receive an automated email notification with a tracking number to monitor your order's journey. Please note that MEZI is not liable for late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies.
MEZI ships all orders via Australia Post. A $10 fee applies for standard shipping on orders under $150, while express shipping is available for $15. International orders will incur a $29 shipping fee. For delivery times, please refer to the relevant shipping information.
After completing your MEZI purchase online, you'll receive email updates throughout each stage of your order's process.

- A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched, allowing you to track your package directly on the carrier's website linked in the email.

Our customer service and dispatch team work diligently to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to cancel or modify it upon request. However, please contact us at info@mezi.com.au with your order number from the confirmation email, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Similarly, solid gold pieces made-to-order items, cancellations or modifications are not possible once the order is placed.
MEZI is happy to offer a full refund or exchange for change of mind on unworn, unused, and undamaged online purchases, provided the security tags are still attached , within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note that change of mind returns are only applicable to online orders. For in-store purchases, we do not offer refunds for change of mind but are happy to exchange items within 14 days with proof of purchase.
Please be aware that we do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items or promotional purchases.
For hygiene and health reasons, earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged, so please choose carefully.
Shipping costs are non-refundable; only the cost of the returned items will be refunded.
MEZI is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
Shipping over $150 is for free within Australia. However if goods are returned for refund/exchange customer will incur a deduction of the $10 cost of shipping to compensate for original shipping costs.
You must request a Return ID Number within 14 days of receipt of your order at info@mezi.com.au. Return the goods with the original pouch/box Include the original invoice and Return Form in the parcel using a freight method with a tracking number.
We must receive your item within 14 days of issuing the Return ID Number. We are not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
If your items arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 48 hours of receiving the item/s. Please email us at info@mezi.com.au with the reason for your return to receive a Return ID Number. Return the goods with the pouch/box, original invoice, and completed Return Form within 14 days using a tracked shipping method. Once we receive your item, it will be assessed by our jeweller. If a manufacturer's fault is confirmed, we will reimburse the return shipping cost. Please include the shipping receipt with your invoice for a full refund.
We will happily exchange your jewellery if the item has not been worn, damaged in any way and still has the security tags attached. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items and promotions.
Due to hygienic reasons and health regulations items such as earrings and body jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned.

We are happy to offer either a store credit or an exchange if you decide to change your mind after receiving your purchase, provided the following conditions are met. Please note: Ensure that all original swing tags and security tags remain intact until you are completely satisfied with the style and fit.
It is your responsibility to securely return any items to MEZI. We cannot be held liable for any loss during shipping. Credit notes will be issued as an e-voucher, valid for 12 months.
