MEZI only uses the highest quality materials and we take great care and pride making each piece. Our jewellery is hand made and we use a wide range of metal components such as sterling silver 925, brass, stainless steel, gold filled, titanium and we plate with gold, rose gold and rhodium finishes.
All earring hooks and posts are hypoallergenic surgical steel and nickel free. Avoid wearing your MEZI Jewellery in mineral baths, spas and swimming pools, as the salt water and chlorine may affect the metal finish. Remove your jewellery before exercising or prior to bedtime. Excessive perspiration and body oils can sometimes surface tarnish the piece. Before you put any jewellery on, be sure any lotions, perfumes and make up are absorbed into your skin. Apply all hair products, especially hair spray, before you put on the jewellery.  
We discourage against excessive exposure to moisture, some types of chlorine and other chemicals can discolor even solid gold. Be aware that the gold and rose gold plated pieces will eventually lose its colour overtime.
Your MEZI pieces should be wiped with a soft cloth to remove any pollutants such as skin and perspiration. Prior to storing, make sure your jewellery is dry, as moisture speeds the tarnishing process so it’s important to make sure your MEZI pieces are dry before putting it away. Ideally, store your jewellery in a soft lined box or pouch. Try to keep pieces apart, so that they so don’t rub together or tangle up.

Shipping

All MEZI orders are processed within 72 hours pending payment verification.

Once you order is complete, it is wrapped individually and packed into custom made MEZI pouches/boxes and dispatched. An automated email notification will be sent to you providing a tracking number so you can monitor your consignment journey. Please note we are not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies. MEZI uses Australia Post. All orders under $100 will incur a $10 fee for standard shipping. Express shipping has a $15 fee. 

Please refer to www.auspost.com.au for delivery times. International orders are sent by Australia Post Registered mail for $29. Please note international order may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes.

Returns

MEZI gladly offer a full refund or exchange for change of mind on unworn, unused, undamaged items with the security tags still attached and the gift pouch/box within 14 days of receiving the item. The amount of $5.00 will be deducted from you refund if the gift pouch/box is missing. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale items and promotions.  Due to hygienic reasons and health regulations items such as earrings and body jewellery cannot be exchanged or returned. Please choose carefully. We do not refund the shipping cost on any returned orders. Only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.
